To be able to gain your Hilton Honors benefits, stays have to be booked through Hiltons direct booking channels (app, website). Unfortunately we are not able to add Honor profiles to existing reservations. Qualification for all on-property Hilton Honors benefits requires a confirmed reservation made through one of the following channels: Any official direct Hilton hotel brand or Hilton Honors website (for example, Hilton Honors.com or Hilton.com), Hilton Reservations & Customer Care phone line (1-800-4HONORS or local Hilton reservations office), Hilton Honors or Hilton mobile application, or through an IATA accredited retail travel agent professional (“Travel Agent”) booking through a Hilton channel or the following Global Distribution Systems: Amadeus, Apollo/Galileo, Worldspan and SABRE. Reservations made through AutoCamp channels or online travel agencies (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) are not eligible for Hilton Honors Benefits or to earn Hilton Honors Points.
Can I park next to my suite?
No vehicles are allowed into the property. Wagons are provided to assist in moving luggage to your suite. If further assistance is needed please see front desk.
Will a Pack & Play fit in my Airstream?
There is enough room in the galley in the Airstream to fit a pack and play if the futon is not extended. Please see front desk to request a pack and play.
