Neil founded AutoCamp to make it easier for people to connect with each other and the great outdoors. He leads the AutoCamp team with a passion for nature and inspired hospitality with an eye for details, always seeking out new ways to create guest delight. Neil was recognized as one of the 2019 Most Creative People in Business by Fast Company, the same year AutoCamp Yosemite appeared on the cover of Time Magazine and was named one of “the World’s Greatest Places.”

Neil’s real estate development ventures have received numerous industry awards for their attention to sustainability and use of contemporary design and architecture, and have been featured in over 100 periodicals including such publications as Dwell, Forbes, Fast Company, Sunset Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal. Neil was also awarded California’s highest honor–The Governor’s Economic and Environmental Leadership Award by Governor Jerry Brown and the California Environmental Protection Agency–for his pioneering work to develop net-zero energy buildings in California.

Neil lives in Santa Barbara with his wife, Christina, and their 2-year old, Leonardo and is an avid adventurer, helicopter pilot, nordic skier, trail runner, and surfer.

Favorite adventure: Traveling with his family into the outdoors – skiing in Keystone is an annual family favorite, as well as camping in Brevard/Asheville, NC each summer.

Michael serves as AutoCamp Hospitality Groups Chief Financial Officer, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in financial management and strategic planning. With a strong background in Hospitality Corporate Finance and development, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive financial performance and foster growth. Michael’s hospitality experience with Two Roads, CoralTree, HighGate, and resort developers has led him to oversee resorts ranging in asset value from $50m to $750m from Key West, Puerto Rico, Miami, to Palos Verdes.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Favorite adventure: Ziplining in Kauai.

Katie serves as AutoCamp’s Senior Vice President of People & Culture overseeing the hiring and onboarding process and systems, team happiness and culture programs and performance review process. While going to school to pursue nursing, she started working at a local inn and fell in love with hospitality. Before joining AutoCamp, she spent 14 years with Joie de Vivre Hotels working her way up through Operations and People Services. Katie is a sucker for road trips, local dives, and freshly baked bread. She resides in Santa Barbara with her husband, 7-year-old son, and a menagerie of pets.

CHIEF PEOPLE & CULTURE OFFICER

Favorite adventure: Traversing Longs Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park

Dave serves as AutoCamp’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing field operations, food and beverage, retail, openings/transitions, capex, revenue management and sales. He began his journey with Marriott International where he held positions such as Event Manager, Director of F&B and General Manager. For the past six years Dave has served as an above property leader, starting as a VP of Operations for Stonebridge Companies and most recently as Regional VP of Operations for Great Wolf Resorts where he had responsibility for a $500 million dollar portfolio.

Dave lives in Colorado and is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park and exploring trails and campgrounds across the state. Dave received his BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Delaware and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

David DiFalco

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Favorite adventure: Spending two weeks in Africa visiting elephant sanctuaries and learning why Hippos are one of the most dangerous animals in the world, due to a very unhappy Hippo encounter that even scared the guides.

Bryan serves as AutoCamp’s Chief Marketing Officer overseeing brand strategy and growth. With an impressive track record with companies like Sage Hospitality, Sydell Group and sbe Group, Bryan brings a wealth of expertise along with a passion for creating and building lifestyle hospitality brands like; NoMad Hotel, Freehand, Shinola, Desert 5 Spot and Mother Wolf restaurants. With a results-driven marketing approach and collaborative leadership style, Bryan offers fresh perspectives for brand building, guest analysis and digital initiatives.
