Be sure to check the individual locations’ Groups & Events page to learn more about events at each property.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, using our event and meeting spaces requires a minimum booking of 10 guest rooms per night.
Our Sales Team coordinates all group bookings, including lodging and meeting space reservations, and will be happy to assist with planning and availability.
Please note that outside lodging accommodations, including personal tents, RVs, campers, and similar setups, are not permitted on AutoCamp property.
If your group plans to provide food during your event, our Sales Team is happy to share a curated list of preferred local catering and food service partners.
To comply with licensing and service requirements, all alcoholic beverages served on property will need to be purchased through AutoCamp’s Sales Team.
Groups reserving our event and meeting spaces have access to each property’s available inventory of tables and chairs, as well as built-in audiovisual equipment in indoor meeting venues. Additional furnishings, equipment, or event rentals can be arranged through one of our preferred local vendor partners.
