AutoCamp does not allow outside RVs and camping tents on the property.

Each accommodation comes with one parking spot. Cars can park in our central parking lot, which is just a short walk from your room. We also have several electric car chargers available on a first- come-first-serve basis

Yes! AutoCamp welcomes all well-behaved dogs with their owners for an additional fee of $75.00. There is a 2 dog maximum with an 80lb maximum weight each. Please note that not all accommodations are dog-friendly.

Yes, our properties have up to two whiteboards available for use.

Yes! We allow acoustic musicians, including soloists and full bands. At AutoCamp Catskills and Cape Cod, all music acts must occur in our event rooms.

Yes! Please discuss your needs with your Sales Manager.

Yes, approved food trucks are permitted for events; at some properties, this requires a full buyout. We have electrical hookups on site, and your food truck provider may also bring a generator if they’d like. Please discuss this with your Sales Manager for further details and capabilities.

Yes. Licensed 3rd party vendors are permitted. We do not offer catering in-house or have kitchen facilities.

Many of our Clubhouses offer grab and go items at The Kitchen + General Store. Hours may vary. For event catering, we work with licensed 3rd party vendors. We do not offer catering in house.

Yes, all properties have quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am regardless of a buyout. The cutoff for amplified music is 10 pm. Groups can still mingle but formal programming or noise past 10 pm is not permitted.

o   Classic Airstream Suites can be found at the front of the property. These suites are closer together and offer more of a community atmosphere, making them perfect for families or friends traveling together.

o   Premium Airstream Suites offer a larger footprint, with more space surrounding the rooms. We recommend the Premium Airstream if you’re looking for a romantic getaway or more quiet time during your stay.

o   Cabin Suites and Family Cabins are differentiated by their location on the property and offer more seclusion.

o   All Airstream Suites and Cabin Suites have one queen bed in the bedroom, a living/gathering space with a pullout futon, and a kitchenette. Family Cabins also have bunk beds.

o   Bambi Suites have a full size bed. The dining area converts to a small bed for a child.

There are no bathrooms in the Adventure Tents. However, guests staying in Adventure Tents (or the Happier Camper at select properties) have access to our beautiful midcentury modern Clubhouse bathrooms, showers, and amenities, including Ursa Major shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hair dryers.

All Airstreams, Explorer Suites, and Cabins offer both heating and air conditioning to keep the suites comfortable no matter the season. Our seasonal Adventure Tents are equipped with heated blankets and a standing heater and fan.

Yes, complimentary high speed WiFi is available in all suites, in the Clubhouse, and throughout the property.

Yes! Our suites offer multiple opportunities to work from your room, including a side table in the galley and outdoor tables and benches. If you’d like, you can also work from any of our tables in and around the Clubhouse.

Except in unique circumstances, each AutoCamp property requires that the minimum number of accommodations be booked alongside event space.

To qualify for a group rate, you’ll need to book a minimum number of rooms. For each property, these are;

o   Asheville, Cape Cod, Catskills, Yosemite & Zion – 10 suites

o   Joshua Tree – 8 suites

o   Russian River – 5 suites
