ACRR - Chairs around a campfire

Volkswagen wanted to introduce their full line of SUV’s and new vehicle to media, influencers and VIP guests in a memorable way. They chose AutoCamp Russian River for their guests to enjoy scenic drive courses and vehicle demos as well as hikes through the Redwoods, forest bathing, outdoor dinners, sunrise yoga, and stargazing.

The Clubhouse

The central hub of property our Clubhouse offers indoor and outdoor space to help bring nature into your event. Designed in our signature mid-century modern style the Clubhouse features an indoor fire pit, communal seating as well as full audio visual capabilities.

  • Public space, available for private rentals via property buyout.
  • Approx 2,300 sq feet

The Redwood Grove

Nestled among ancient redwoods, this unique space combines natural beauty with endless possibilities. Our Redwood Grove is an outdoor space with lots of shady tree cover making this a perfect all day venue option. Centrally located, guests will enjoy views of the full property including the Clubhouse and Canopy space under whimsical string lights.

  • Max capacity 225
  • Approx 800 sq feet
ACRR - Dining table space in a teepee

The Canopy

An intimate, indoor space ideal for small gatherings and groups such as yoga or meditation classes. The Canopy is a teepee style tent with option to leave one side open creating an indoor-outdoor feel and larger capacity. Complete with string lights this cozy space.

  • Not recommended for day use in the summer months
  • Max capacity of 50
