This Mother’s Day, give yourself the gift of slowing down.
Join a circle of women for a heartfelt two-hour gathering designed to honor the many layers of motherhood—wherever you are on your journey. Whether you’re a new mom, a seasoned one, or navigating your own path of mothering, this experience is an invitation to feel supported, seen, and nourished.
You’ll be guided through gentle movement to release tension and reconnect with your body, thoughtful moments of reflection to honor your experience as a mother (or daughter), and meaningful connection with other women who are walking this path too.
Together, we’ll share stories, breathe deeply, and hold space for one another in a way that’s tender, simple, and beautifully human.
In this experience, you’ll:
- Move your body softly and breathe with intention
- Reflect on what motherhood has meant for you—where you’ve grown, what you’re ready to release
- Connect with other mothers in meaningful and uplifting ways
- Take time to pause, feel, and remember yourself
This gathering is about receiving—time, space, presence—and giving yourself a moment to refill your own cup.
You don’t need any experience. Just come as you are, in comfortable clothes, with an open heart.
