Autocamp Yosemite Booking Policies
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time is after 4PM; check out is 10AM. Early check-in requests are not guaranteed, but we will always let you know if your room is ready early if you’ve already checked in. Late checkout (until 1pm) can be accommodated for a $75 fee, based on availability.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations inside 14 days are charged the full amount. 100% of stay processed 14 days prior to arrival. If you booked with a promotional rate, please check your confirmation email for the most accurate policy.
GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings that are cancelled within 30 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of 100% of estimated room charges plus tax. Cancellations outside of 30 days are permitted free of charge.
CHILDREN POLICY
AutoCamp welcomes families and guests of all ages. We expect all of our young guests to be respectful of their neighbors, the staff, and the surrounding property while staying at AutoCamp, and for parents to keep an eye on their children. Summertime trips are often best for families.
DOG POLICIES
AutoCamp welcomes all well-behaved dogs to accompany their owners for an additional fee of $75.00. There is a 2 dog maximum with an 80lb maximum weight each. We kindly ask guests who bring their dog to read our Dog Policy below before checking into AutoCamp. Dog accommodations must be booked online.
Dog Policies
– Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.
– Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog. All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a dog receptacle.
– Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs are not allowed.
– AutoCamp is not responsible for, and will hold dog owner accountable, for any injury or damage caused by your dog.
COVID-19 POLICY
If you are sick with or have had exposure to COVID, we will accommodate change dates for up to 120 days beyond your original arrival date. If you wish to move your reservation, you will receive a credit for the amount paid for use at a future date. Current rates for future reservations apply. Cancellations will follow your originally booked cancellation policy.
SMOKING POLICY
AutoCamp is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside your accommodation, a minimum cleaning fee of $350.00 will be charged to your account. The non-smoking policy refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning of candles or incense.
OVERNIGHT STAY POLICY
AutoCamp is a hotel with specific rooms associated with each reservation. No pitched tents, easy ups, pop-up shades, or RVs are allowed on the property or in the parking lot.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified sound or music is not permitted.
Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
All rates are single or double occupancy.
Airstreams: Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per Airstream. Each additional adult over 2 will be charged $25.00 plus taxes per night. Please keep in mind small space living – 3 adults in an Airstream would be a tight fit.
Luxury Tents: Maximum of 2 adults and two children per tent.
Classic and Premium Cabins: Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per Cabin. Each additional adult over 2 will be charged $25.00 plus taxes per night.
Family Cabin: Maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children per Cabin. Each additional adult over 4 will be charged $25.00 plus taxes per night.
AUTHORIZATION FOR INCIDENTALS
At check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized for $150 for in-room incidentals. Upon your departure, any room incidental charges will be appropriately billed to your credit card.
DEPOSIT POLICY
One room night plus taxes will be charged to your credit card the day you book your reservation.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks for deposits or payment of goods or services while at AutoCamp.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION BY PROPERTY POLICY
AutoCamp reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any unforeseen reason. In the event a reservation cancellation on the part of AutoCamp is deemed necessary, we will reschedule at guest’s request based on availability, or cancel and refund your reservation in full.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
Most weekends require a 2-night minimum stay. Holiday and Event weekends may require a 3-plus minimum night stay.
DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS
Any damaged or missing items by you or your guests discovered in your accommodations, as a result of your stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.
TAXES AND FEES
All accommodations are subject to applicable taxes based on the nightly room rate.
CHANGES IN OFFERING AND OTHER INCIDENTALS
Amenities and services are subject to change without notice. Specific Unit numbers are not guaranteed and subject to change. We will do the utmost to fill specific requests.
HOUSEKEEPING POLICY
Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee per night. If you wish to have your unit cleaned during your stay, please notify the front desk upon arrival.
SECURITY
AutoCamp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Report any problems with your site to the onsite team immediately. We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. The legal drinking age in California is 21 years. ID is required by all persons purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages.
