This fall, gather around the fire at AutoCamp Catskills for an autumnal celebration inspired by the flavors, warmth, and togetherness of the season. Set beneath the stars in the heart of the Hudson Valley, this intimate outdoor experience brings friends, new faces, and the spirit of chosen family together around one table. Join us the weekend of November 14th, 2026.
Chef Sarah Glover of The Wild Kitchen Global will prepare a locally inspired three-course feast over an open fire, drawing on her time in upstate New York and the abundance of the fall harvest. From the first spark of the fire to the final bite, guests will have the chance to watch, and even join in, the cooking as the evening comes to life.
Included:
Gather around a communal table for a family-style feast designed to be shared. Come ready to raise a glass, swap stories, pass the plates, and meet someone new. After dinner, keep the night going around the fire with AutoCamp’s signature s’mores bar, complete with all the fixings for a sweet ending under the stars.

Internationally recognized chef, cookbook author, and outdoor cooking expert Sarah Glover is known for bringing people together through food, fire, and a sense of adventure. Originally from Tasmania, Australia, Sarah has built her career around a nature-inspired approach to cooking, transforming fresh, seasonal ingredients into memorable meals prepared over an open flame. Her award-winning cookbooks, including Wild Adventure Cookbook and Open Skies: A Wild American Road Trip, celebrate the connection between food and the great outdoors.
At AutoCamp Catskills, Sarah will bring her signature live-fire cooking style to our Fall Feast, offering an up-close look at the craft, creativity, and techniques behind open-fire cooking.
