Late Morning to Afternoon: Sip Like a Local

You are in wine country, after all. Hop in the car for a quick drive to Gary Farrell Vineyards and Winery 25-ish minutes from AutoCamp Sonoma. Located at the top of a hill in the heart of the Russian River Valley, the panoramic view from the tasting patio makes sipping a selection of their signature Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays even more spectacular. Pair your flight with a curated cheese or charcuterie board and take your time soaking in the scenery.

On your way back, stop at Korbel Champagne Cellars for a sparkling flight and a look inside the historic cellars.

Evening

Head into nearby Guerneville for dinner at boon eat + drink, a beloved local spot known for fresh, seasonal plates and relaxed vibes. Return to camp to unwind beneath the stars with a fireside drink or s’mores kit.

Day 2: Redwoods, Roads, and River Towns

Morning

Fuel up with breakfast from the Clubhouse, then grab a complimentary cruiser bike or take a short drive to Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Preserve. Wander among towering redwoods, some more than a thousand years old, for a peaceful way to reconnect with nature.

Afternoon

If you’re up for a scenic drive, Sonoma’s winding back roads offer endless vineyard and forest views. Stop at Porter Creek Vineyards for a private hillside tour and tasting. The family-run operation blends rustic charm with some of the region’s best small-batch wines.
