As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to AutoCamp’s Terms of Use and AutoCamps’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for AutoCamp’s Refer-a-Friend program:

• Referred Guest. The Referred Guest and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
• Reward Offerings. AutoCamp Referral Rewards are $20. You may continue to accrue Rewards and redeem up to five at once, equaling $100 of your next stay. While you will be able to continue to earn more than 5 Referral Rewards at a time, you will only be able to redeem 1-5 Rewards per booking.
• Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Guest must book an AutoCamp stay. Rewards will be shared after your Referred friend has completed making their reservation. Referral Rewards must be redeemed within 2 years.
• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.autocamp.com by a person (a “Referred Guest”) who arrives on the AutoCamp website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Guest; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Guest are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Additionally, a Referred Guest only qualifies if they are booking their first AutoCamp stay and have not booked a previous AutoCamp stay.
• Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. AutoCamp’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in AutoCamps’s sole discretion.
• Referral Rewards Redemption Process. Qualified Referrals must complete their booking online via the link provided by the Referrer. Bookings cannot be retroactively attributed to a Referrer; for example, if a Referred Guest books a stay outside of the Referrers’ link, the Referrer may not receive a Reward. One you receive your reward, you must enter it as a coupon code to redeem it during booking.
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from AutoCamp’s Refer-a-Friend program.
• Right to Close Accounts. AutoCamp reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Guest and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Guest attempts to use the AutoCamp Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. AutoCamp reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
