We are currently building our team, and the Human Resources Manager will play a key role in helping achieve our goals.

The Position – Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource functions at AutoCamp.  

Core Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department rocks, objectives and systems.
  • Writes and rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and recommends wage changes; analyzes compensation; monitors performance evaluation programs and revises as necessary.
  • Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; ensures compliance with Federal, state and local employment laws
  • Oversees workers comp programs.  Ensures completion and posting of compliance reports as needed.
  • Conducts recruitment and onboarding efforts effort for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers;
  • Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in leadership meetings and attends other meetings as needed.
  • Constantly fosters and maintains awareness of the AutoCamp core values in relation to effective and favorable relations among employees;

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree and five years of human resource experience, or nine years of experience in the HR field.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
