The Director of Operations will play a key role in asset management of existing locations; overseeing the property level General Managers; setting standard operating procedures; delivering the AutoCamp guest experience; overseeing expansion of the AutoCamp management platform; and building and overseeing operations teams at current and upcoming AutoCamp hotel properties.
The position will report to company leadership and can be based out of the company’s downtown San Francisco or Santa Barbara offices. The position will require regular travel to the company’s hotel properties and main office in Santa Barbara, CA.
