AutoCamp is a brand of lifestyle hotels that’s changing the way we experience the great outdoors. We provide an upscale, hassle-free camping experience in the world’s leading outdoor destinations – we call it Outdoor Hospitality. Having just secured a round of funding, AutoCamp is now poised for rapid growth and expansion. We are currently building our team and the Investments & Corporate Finance Analyst will play a key role in helping achieve our aggressive growth goals as we expand, with a focus on underwriting new properties and investment opportunities throughout the United States.

At AutoCamp, you will be responsible for working with the finance and acquisitions teams to underwrite, evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities.


  • Assist with the analysis of prospective / new acquisitions and third party contracts, including feasibility analysis and valuation.
  • Develop financial pro formas for new deals, creating pre-opening and construction budgets, participate in responses to RFPs from third-party owners and government authorities, prepare investment memos for deal approval, and other ad-hoc analyses that may be required on a project-by-project basis.
  • Work with the development team in deal structuring to identify and model value-accretive strategies through acquisitions, joint venture partnerships, mezzanine loans, and other financial investments to help grow the company’s portfolio.
  • Work with VP of Real Estate & Acquisitions and CFO to oversee market feasibility analysis ensuring that the Investment team serves as an objective and independent arbitrator of projected hotel performance based on its own independent analysis as well as input from the Operations and Construction teams



  • 2-5 years’ real estate development or hotel industry experience with at least two years of real estate, hotel feasibility or related experience
  • Ability to understand the value of a deal based on the financials, AutoCamp’s potential, and the property’s position in the competitive market.
  • Demonstrated understanding of investment analysis techniques including NPV, IRR, and DCF.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Apps
