When does AutoCamp Yosemite open?

AutoCamp Yosemite is scheduled to open in January 2019.

How does this all work?

Preferred Access or Summit Club packages are gift cards with exclusive perks that can be redeemed for a room’s stay at AutoCamp Yosemite. By purchasing one of these packages, you get access to our online booking calendar where you can book your room at AutoCamp Yosemite before we open up booking to the general public. Summit Club members get first access, followed by Preferred Access members. All of this happens before AutoCamp Yosemite begins taking bookings from the general public.

I purchased a Preferred Access or Summit Club package. How do I book my stay at AutoCamp Yosemite?

At the conclusion of the Early Access presale, you will receive an email with a link to book your room at AutoCamp Yosemite. Reservations will be taken via our online booking system. Summit Club members will receive their booking link first, followed by Preferred Access members.

What’s the difference between Preferred Access and Summit Club?

Preferred Access and Summit Club both receive early access to book at AutoCamp Yosemite, before we open booking to the general public. However, Summit Club members will get first access to booking at AutoCamp Yosemite, followed by Preferred Access members. Summit Club also carries additional perks and benefits. Will AutoCamp Yosemite have ADA accessible accommodations?

AutoCamp Yosemite will have ADA accommodations available for all room types.  Additionally, amenities on the property will be accessible.

When will I be able to book my stay at AutoCamp Yosemite?

  • Summit Club Members (First Access) – Mid May 2018
  • Preferred Access Members – Late May 2018

How much are room rates at AutoCamp Yosemite?

AutoCamp Yosemite room rates vary by date and accommodation type ranging from $175 on weekdays up to $475 per night on peak weekends.

Are dogs allowed at AutoCamp Yosemite?

Yes! Well-behaved owners may accompany their dogs for an additional fee of $50.00 per stay, 2 dogs maximum. We kindly ask guests who bring their dog to read our Dog Policy below before checking into AutoCamp. Dog accommodations may not be booked online. Luxury Tents are not dog-friendly. Dogs are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Dog Policy

  • Dogs must be kept on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.
  • Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog. All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a dog receptacle.
  • Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs are not allowed.
  • AutoCamp is not responsible for, and will hold dog owner accountable, for any injury or damage caused by your dog.

Will a credit card or deposit be required to book my stay at AutoCamp Yosemite?

Yes, every reservation requires a credit card and a deposit for first night’s room rate and tax at the time of online booking. In the case that your Preferred Access or Summit Club room credit is not sufficient to cover your first night’s room rate and taxes, then your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance due. How will I receive my AutoCamp Yosemite shop credit?

You will receive your AutoCamp Yosemite shop credit as a voucher when you check in at AutoCamp Yosemite. Your shop credit will be valid for the length of your reservation, and can only be used at AutoCamp Yosemite.

What can I purchase with my AutoCamp Yosemite shop credit?

You can use your AutoCamp Yosemite shop credit to purchase AutoCamp branded merchandise, food, and beverages at the AutoCamp Yosemite shop (excluding alcohol and non-branded merchandise). Credit valid at AutoCamp Yosemite only (not valid in online shop or other properties).

Do my Preferred Access or Summit Club perks and credit expire?

Your room credit, shop credit, and perks are valid until June 1, 2023.

Can I use my Preferred Access or Summit Club credit at another location?

No. The credit you purchase here will only be available to book and use at AutoCamp Yosemite.

Can I purchase multiple Preferred Access or Summit Club packages for myself?

You can purchase as many packages as you’d like for your own personal use. Each package is good for securing one room’s booking at AutoCamp Yosemite. However, if you’d like to purchase a package as a gift, please contact our concierge at concierge@autocamp.com after you have purchased your package and they will assist you with assigning the gift to the recipient.

Can I buy a Preferred Access or Summit Club package as a gift?

Yes, please complete your purchase and then contact our concierge with your name and order number at concierge@autocamp.com who will assist you with assigning the gift to the recipient. Please note, the email address you input at checkout will instantly receive a purchase receipt, and will then be sent the early access booking link during the exclusive booking period in May according to the package type purchased.

Can I tell my friends about this?

Yes, but please keep it in the family, as this special offer will sell out fast. Feel free to share the link www.autocamp.com/join with your friends and family on social media, or use the form at the bottom of the website to email directly to them.

I want to book with a group, can I do that here?
