AutoCamp Joshua Tree Booking Policies
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY
Bookings that are cancelled will result in a forfeiture of 100% of the estimated room charges plus tax. Changes may be made for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. Inside 14 days prior to arrival, any changes to a booking will result in a fee equal to 100% of the estimated room charges plus tax.
Flex Rate Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Inside 72 hours prior to arrival, any changes or cancellations will result in a fee equal to 1 night’s room charge plus tax.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time is after 4PM; check out is 11AM. Early check-in requests are not guaranteed, but we will always let you know if your room is ready early if you’ve already checked in. Late checkout (until 1pm) can be accommodated for a $75 fee, based on availability..
The amenity fee of $25 per night covers a number of complimentary amenities and services that AutoCamp Joshua Tree offers to guests, including the following:
- Breakfast granola, craft coffee, and tea, welcome drink, and daily refreshments
- Weekly onsite events and programming (yoga, stargazing, fireside chats)
- Bicycles, pool towels, lawn games, and board games
- Outdoor play structure (for children 12 and under)
- Refillable AutoCamp water bottles (yours to keep!)
- WiFi Internet
- Onsite parking
AutoCamp welcomes families and guests of all ages. We expect all of our young guests to be respectful of their neighbors, the staff, and the surrounding property while staying at AutoCamp, and for parents to keep an eye on their children. Summertime trips are often best for families.
AutoCamp welcomes all well-behaved dogs to accompany their owners for an additional fee of $75.00. There is a 2 dog maximum with a 50lb maximum weight each. We kindly ask guests who bring their dog to read our Dog Policy below before checking into AutoCamp. Dog accommodations must be booked online.
– Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.
– Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog. All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a dog receptacle.
– Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs are not allowed.
– AutoCamp is not responsible for, and will hold dog owner accountable, for any injury or damage caused by your dog.
AutoCamp is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside your accommodation, a minimum cleaning fee of $350.00 will be charged to your account. The non-smoking policy refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning of candles or incense.
OVERNIGHT STAY POLICY
AutoCamp is a hotel with specific rooms associated with each reservation. No pitched tents, easy ups, pop-up shades, or RVs are allowed on the property or in the parking lot.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified sound or music is not permitted.
Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.
All rates are single or double occupancy.
Airstreams: Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per Airstream. Each additional adult over 2 will be charged $25.00 plus taxes per night. Please keep in mind small space living – 3 adults in an Airstream would be a tight fit.
X Suites: Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per X Suite. Each additional adult over 2 will be charged $25.00 plus taxes per night.
AUTHORIZATION FOR INCIDENTALS
At check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized for in-room incidentals. Upon your departure, any room incidental charges will be appropriately billed to your credit card.
Your room night charges plus taxes for your full reservation will be charged to your credit card the day you book your reservation.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks for deposits or payment of goods or services while at AutoCamp.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION BY PROPERTY POLICY
AutoCamp reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any unforeseen reason. In the event a reservation cancellation on the part of AutoCamp is deemed necessary, we will reschedule at guest’s request based on availability, or cancel and refund your reservation in full.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
Most weekends require a 2-night minimum stay. Holiday and Event weekends may require a 3-plus minimum night stay. Occasionally we relax minimum stay requirements based on availability.
DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS
Any damaged or missing items by you or your guests discovered in your accommodations, as a result of your stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.
TAXES AND FEES
All accommodations are subject to applicable taxes based on the nightly room rate.
CHANGES IN OFFERING AND OTHER INCIDENTALS
Amenities and services are subject to change without notice. Specific Unit numbers are not guaranteed and subject to change. We will do the utmost to fill specific requests.
Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee per night. If you wish to have your unit cleaned during your stay, please notify the front desk upon arrival.
AutoCamp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Report any problems with your site to the onsite team immediately. We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. The legal drinking age in California is 21 years. ID is required by all persons purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages.
