Securing $115M in Equity Commitments For National Expansion

AutoCamp recently closed a strategic capital partnership deal and secured $115 million to fund our rapid national expansion. With this fundraising, we plan to bring our design-forward proprietary Airstream suites, tent accommodations, and mid-century modern inspired guest facilities to even more iconic locations throughout the United States.
The investment supports AutoCamp’s aggressive near-term national expansion plan that includes California and the East Coast, as well as other iconic outdoor destinations across North America. With properties in Santa Barbara and Sonoma Wine Country, the company opens its newest location in Spring 2019 near Yosemite National Park, featuring more than 100 custom Airstreams, tents, ADA suites, and other accommodations.
