AUTOCAMP RUSSIAN RIVER BOOKING POLICIES

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in time is between 4PM and 7PM; check out is 10AM. Please make sure to adhere to these times as your Door Lock Code will automatically activate at check-in and deactivate upon check out. Early check-in requests are not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are charged 100% of stay. Cancellations made outside 72 hours prior to arrival are permitted free of charge.

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings that are cancelled within 30 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of 100% of estimated room charges plus tax. Cancellations outside of 30 days are permitted free of charge.

CHILDREN POLICY

AutoCamp welcomes families and guests of all ages. We expect all of our young guests to be respectful of their neighbors, the staff, and the surrounding property while staying at AutoCamp, and for parents to keep an eye on their children.

DOG POLICIES

AutoCamp welcomes all well-behaved dogs to accompany their owners for an additional fee of $75.00. There is a 2 dog maximum with an 80lb maximum weight each. We kindly ask guests who bring their dog to read our Dog Policy below before checking into AutoCamp. Dog accommodations must be booked by calling 888-405-7553, they may not be booked online. Dogs are not allowed on property without prior approval.

– Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.
– Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog. All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a dog receptacle.
– Noisy, vicious, or unruly dogs are not allowed.
– AutoCamp is not responsible for, and will hold dog owner accountable, for any injury or damage caused by your dog.

COVID-19 POLICY

By making a reservation at AutoCamp, you assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any illness (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or anyone in your party may experience or incur in connection with your stay at AutoCamp. You hereby forever release and waive your right to bring suit against AutoCamp and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing AutoCamp’s services and premises. You accept that AutoCamp is not responsible for any COVID infections that have been, or may be contracted, while on our property.

Furthermore, if you are feeling ill or have been in contact with someone who is presumed positive with COVID-19, you are responsible for contacting us immediately to cancel or reschedule your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspecting of having or being exposed to COVID-19.

SMOKING POLICY

AutoCamp is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside your accommodation, a minimum cleaning fee of $350.00 will be charged to your account. The non-smoking policy refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning of candles or incense including patchouli and other strong fragrances.

CAMPFIRE POLICY

Due to neighborhood regulations, we are not permitted to burn wood or trash. You are welcome to burn charcoal and pressed logs.

OVERNIGHT STAY POLICY

AutoCamp is a hotel with specific rooms associated with each reservation. No pitched tents, easy ups, pop-up shades, or RVs are allowed on the property or in the parking lot.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified sound or music is not permitted.

Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.

OCCUPANCY POLICY

All rates are single or double occupancy.

Airstreams: Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per Airstream. Each additional adult over 2 will be charged $25.00 plus taxes per night. Please keep in mind small space living – 3 adults in an Airstream would be a tight fit.

Luxury Tents: 2 guest maximum (including children) per luxury tent. The Luxury Tents are not dog-friendly.

AUTHORIZATION FOR INCIDENTALS

At check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized $50.00 for in-room incidentals. Upon your departure, any room incidental charges will be appropriately billed to your credit card.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Your room night charges plus taxes for your full reservation will be charged to your credit card the day you book your reservation.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks for deposits or payment of goods or services while at AutoCamp.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION BY PROPERTY POLICY

AutoCamp reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any unforeseen reason. In the event a reservation cancellation on the part of AutoCamp is deemed necessary, we will reschedule at guest’s request based on availability, or cancel and refund your reservation in full.

MINIMUM STAY POLICY

Most weekends require a 2-night minimum stay. Holiday and event weekends may require a 3-plus minimum night stay.

DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS

Any damaged or missing items by you or your guests discovered in your accommodations, as a result of your stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.

TAXES AND FEES

All accommodations are subject to applicable taxes based on the nightly room rate.

CHANGES IN OFFERING AND OTHER INCIDENTALS

Amenities and services are subject to change without notice. Specific unit numbers are not guaranteed and subject to change. We will do the utmost to fill specific requests.

SECURITY

AutoCamp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Report any problems with your site to the onsite team immediately. We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. The legal drinking age in California is 21 years. ID is required by all persons purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages.

By staying with us, you consent to receive marketing, promotional, and sales emails, as well as direct or automated emails regarding your stay with us. You may opt out of this correspondence at any time.
